Returns & Shipping Policy

Quail Children's Fashion Returns/Refund and Exchange Policy
 
We pride ourselves on sending out only the most perfect of garments to our wonderful customers. We thoroughly check for any imperfections (pulls, holes, missing buttons, etc) before we send anything out.
However, if you receive your item(s) and have an issue with sizing or an imperfection we have missed, we will happily exchange your item for another of the same, a different garment of the same value or offer you a full refund.
For exchanges, a small shipping cost will still need to be paid by the customer.
We are a small business who carry low stock quantities, so flick us an email and we will happily sort out any issues you have.
 
We only accept returns/refunds or exchanges if the item(s):
• is returned within 30 days
• has not been worn (except from first try on)
• is not soiled or damaged
• has its original tags attached
• is returned* with original packaging and proof of purchase (i.e. packing slip/invoice)
*please note shipping costs to return item(s) for refund will be at your own cost.

Shipping & Delivery
- All New Zealand orders are shipped using Courier Post NZ at a cost of $8.00 NZD. Standard Tracked Delivery estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days upon receiving your dispatch confirmation email with your orders tracking number. 
- Australian orders are shipped using New Zealand Post at a cost of $15.00 NZD. Australian Tracked delivery times may vary. Please contact us if you have any issues.
